What is the Eligibility Criteria?
Age Limit: There is no specific age limit.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have successfully completed their 10+2 or an equivalent examination from a recognized board. Those who have either passed the 12th board examination in 2022 or 2023 or are planning to appear for it in 2024 are also eligible.
Subjects in the Qualifying Exam: Candidates should have cleared the following subjects in their qualifying examination:

Admission Criteria for NITs, IITs, and CFTIs (B.Tech/B.Arch/B.Plan): To be eligible for these programs, candidates should either have a minimum of 75 percent marks (65 percent for SC/ST category) or be ranked in the top 20 percentile.
Admission Criteria for B.Arch in Institutes other than NITs, IIITs, and CFTIs: For B.Arch programs outside of NITs, IIITs, and CFTIs, candidates are required to have a minimum of 50 percent aggregate marks in Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics in their 10+2 or equivalent examinations.
